Education and professional experience:
Delina Pavlova graduated from the Faculty of Law of South-West University “Neofit Rilski” in Blagoevgrad in 2007. She continues her professional development by participating in a number of seminars and training courses, acquiring practical skills and qualifications.
She completed mediation training with the Professional Association of Mediators in Bulgaria and since 2011 has been registered as a mediator in the Unified Register of Mediators in Bulgaria at the Ministry of Justice.
She participated as an expert in the project “Publicity and Transparency in the Work of the Administration, the Management of Public Funds and the Activities of the Municipal Council in Sopot Municipality”, implemented under Operational Programme “Administrative Capacity”, co-financed by the European Union, as a lecturer on the following topics: Good Practices of the European Union; “Study of the Transparency and Effectiveness of the Internal Structure, Organisation and Implementation of the Activities of Sopot Municipality”; “Opportunities for Broadcasting the Sessions of the Municipal Council on the Local Cable Television(s) and the Internet, Measures and Upcoming Activities”; “Opportunities for Online Communication between Citizens and Municipal Councillors in the Form of Questions and Answers, Specific Measures and Recommendations”; “Specific Measures and Recommendations for Timely Disclosure of and Access to Information about the Activities of the Municipal Council.”

- Representation in proceedings before courts and arbitral tribunals.
- Representation before the Commission for Protection of Competition in cases of unfair competition, advertising and commercial promotions, as well as in relation to mergers and acquisitions, including market concentration of companies;
- Representation before the Consumer Protection Commission and the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
- Trade mark registration with the Bulgarian Patent Office.
- Legal assistance to contracting authorities in preparing procurement documentation and conducting public procurement procedures, including membership of committees evaluating tenders submitted in those procedures.
- Advising Sofia Municipality and numerous state-owned and municipal enterprises, including State Enterprise Radioactive Waste, on public procurement, financial corrections imposed under grant agreements, FIDIC contracts, dispute resolution and related matters.
