Simeon Simeonov is a tax consultant and value added tax specialist, a former National Revenue Agency officer and former chief methodology expert on the application of Bulgarian VAT legislation.
He authored the first draft of the currently applicable Value Added Tax Act and participated in the preparation and amendment of secondary legislation concerning its implementation.
He has repeatedly lectured at seminars and conferences dedicated to developments in government VAT policy.
