Discussing documents at a business meeting

Challenges to administrative acts at every level, from ministerial orders to municipal decisions, before the administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court. Detailed development plans and construction documents, regulatory decisions, public procurement, financial corrections, compulsory administrative measures and administrative penalties. We represent both those affected by administrative acts and the authorities issuing them.

The Decision, the Procedure and the Affected Interest

An administrative dispute requires review of both the decision and the procedure preceding it. The analysis identifies the addressees, factual findings, the authority’s competence and the documents on which the decision rests.

Preparing the Position

The position distinguishes disputed facts from legal issues. When acting for an authority, the review addresses the record and reasons for its decision; when acting for an affected party, it focuses on the specific impact on that party’s rights and interests.
