- Started his professional career in the year 2000 working as a judicial candidate in District Court Varna (2000-2001);

- Judge in Administrative Court – Varna (2007-2008);
- General Counsel of ‘Bulgaria Air’ AD (2009-2010);
- Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of ‘Molet’ EAD (2009-2010);
Since 2010 Andrey Vichev is a Lawyer and part of the team of our Law Firm.
He has extensive experience of:
- Litigation before all levels of court and Arbitration courts.
- Advising Sofia municipality and numerous state and municipal enterprises, including SERAW, in relation to Public Procurment, Financial Corrections imposed under Grant contracts, Agreements under rules of FIDIC, Dispute Resolution and so on.
- Cooperation with international law firms including in analysis, research and providing information on issues related to the Bulgarian legal aspects of a dispute that was pending before the High Court of Justice, Commercial court, London, UK with regard to Bulgarian telecommunications company Vivacom.
- Representation of clients, including Bulgaria Air, before the Commission for protection of competition regarding cases of unfair competition, advertising and commercial promotions, as well as with regard to mergers and acquisitions, including market concentration of companies.
- Andrey Vichev has experience not only as a Judge in Regional, District and Administrative court of Varna but as a Arbitrator in Bulgarian Commodity Exchange Court of Arbitration as well.
