Mr. Simeonov is a tax consultant, expert on value added tax, a former NRA and chief methodologist for the implementation of VAT.

Simeon Simeonov is the author of the first draft of the now-in-force Value Added Tax Act (VATA) and He actively participated in the development of new and the amendment of existing bylaws related to the application of the VATA.

He is invited to speak as a lector to many annual seminars and conferences addressing the new VAT policies of the government.
